Be honest: You should only write a review if you’ve had a recent, genuine experience. Provide honest feedback in your reviews. Do not post false information, exaggerate or misrepresent the service being reviewed.

Be constructive: Your reviews should provide clear, informative, and helpful feedback to others. Be specific about what you liked or disliked and offer suggestions for improvement.

Avoid personal attacks: We realize talking about your loved ones can get emotionally charged, but reviews that include personal attacks on specific people will be rejected. Reviews are not intended to insult or hurt someone.

Avoid self-promotion: Do not use reviews to promote your own business or products. Reviews should be focused on the services being reviewed. We will reject any content meant as an advertisement.

Protect personal information: Do not post personal information about yourself or others, such as addresses, phone numbers, email addresses or anything else that could be used to track, identify or contact someone.

Report violations: If you see any violations of these guidelines or any other inappropriate behavior, please let us know. We review flagged reviews to make sure they follow the rules and remove any that don't.

Stick to the facts: Do not post content that is illegal, such as defamatory or discriminatory content. Simply explain what took place and leave it to the readers of your review to draw their own conclusions.
